Butter Bean Buddha Bowl

I feel like I have been cheating the Buddha Bowl rules too much! But if you're feeling anti-grain and bean-loving, give this buddha bowl a try! Packed with plant-based protein, it'll fill you up without sinking you into a food-induced coma

Ingredients:
1 can butter beans, drained// Garlic salt*, to taste// 2 tbsp flaxseeds// 1 tbsp pine nuts// 1 tsp Olive oil// 1 tbsp lemon juice// 1 tbsp Pistachio nuts// Sprinkle of Rosemary

Method:
Assemble, toss and consume!

* I make my garlic salt with equal parts sea salt and garlic powder
