Coconut Kiwi Overnight Oats
When you don't have time for breakfast in the morning, this baby saves the day, tasting of subtly-sweet and gloriously aromatic coconut.
Ingredients:
1/2 cup gluten- free porridge oats// 1/2 cup rice milk// 1/2 cup coconut water// 3 tbsp organic flame raisins// 1 tbsp slivered almonds// 1/2 a kiwi, sliced and de-skinned
Method:
Throw everything into a pretty little mason jar (because it's the 'in' thing right now) (I cheated and used an old jam jar, but beggars can't be choosers) at night, and store in the fridge until your stomach calls out for it in the morning.
