Curried Kabocha

My new favourite way to eat my always-favourite vegetable.

Ingredients:
Three slices kabocha squash // 1 tbsp curry powder // pinch garlic salt // 1/4 tsp rosemary, dried // a generous handful of cashews

Method:
Mix all ingredients up (except nuts) and place in a ceramic bowl. Please never use a plastic bowl, even if it is microwave safe! microwave on high for 4 minutes, adding in cashews at 2 minute-interval, or until kabocha is tender when pierced.
