Prik Glua

Excellent dip for unripe, unsweet or sour fruit. Pickled mango, sour mango, guavas, pineapples, pomelos... you name it!

Ingredients:
2 tablespoons coconut sugar // 1 tablespoon chilli powder // 1 teaspoon (or less!) of pink himalayan sea salt, ground up to become finer

Mix and dip. Viola!
